Global Hotel Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Hotel Service Specialist to join our team at Sitel. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a multicultural environment.
As a Global Hotel Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients and guests, ensuring that company standards are met and utilized in accordance with dedicated systems. You will also complete the agreed enquiry process through to invoicing, using all company tools to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
This role requires strong communication skills, with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills. You must have native or proficient level Swedish (C2) and advanced level English (at least C1), both verbal and written. Additionally, you should have proven experience in handling reservations, sales skills, and the ability to adapt to changing service environments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with existing clients and accounts, as well as collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction. You will also provide detailed communication lines between the Hotel team and other stakeholders included in the process.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive with a hands-on approach, able to manage work, and deliver tasks assigned. You should also be able to find creative solutions, offering recommendations, and possess personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
The salary for this role is approximately $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
