Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist - Hotel Reservations to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on our customers.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their last-minute bookings primarily through live chat. You will use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from a range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their bookings and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Use your creativity and intuition to help customers make informed decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations.
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
- Excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- The ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
- Proactivity, results-driven attitude, self-motivation, and great teamwork skills.
- Availability to work night shifts.

We offer a competitive salary and performance bonus, full-time contract with indefinite duration, opportunities for career development, and more. In accordance with Portuguese law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in Portugal will be considered for this position.
Estimated Salary Range: €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
