Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist - Hotel Reservations to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on our customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their last-minute bookings primarily through live chat. You will use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from a range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their bookings and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Use your creativity and intuition to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • The ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
  • Proactivity, results-driven attitude, self-motivation, and great teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work night shifts.

What We Offer

Estimated Salary Range: €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
