About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the activation of IMS' in-house solution 'Content Services', supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets across all touchpoints).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key driver of the eBusiness Strategy in the Global Transformation of Nestlé
  • Support Markets/Businesses in implementing IMS' in-house solution 'Content Services'
  • Work closely with IMS Content Services team to ensure smooth execution of services
  • Provide world-class service to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • At least 7 years' experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management
  • Proven experience in managing marketing Key/Global/Regional accounts
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong presentation and/or selling skills
  • Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
  • Strong Marketing mindset
  • Business efficiency driven
  • Solid understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
  • Great level of knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle
  • Good understanding of Branding and Content principles
  • Up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices
  • Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
