Strategic Growth Manager for Real World Evidence Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to drive our growth in the European market. As a Business Development Director for Real World Evidence, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Business Strategy
  2. Identify and Target Potential Clients
  3. Buid and Maintain Strong Relationships
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  5. Manage the End-to-End Sales Process
  6. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
  7. Represent the Company at Industry Events
  8. Ensure Successful Project Implementation

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets, as well as excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
  2. Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in Business Development or Sales
  3. In-Depth Knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE)
  4. Strong Network of Contacts within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries
  5. Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
