About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator and Operations Manager to join our Real Estate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Country, Hub, and Central FIN organizations.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for running and performing contract and IFRS16 administration, identifying and implementing operational improvements, carrying out operational control and quality of Contract Management, administering external and internal contracts in the internal space and contract management system, and performing periodic internal and external billing of fixed and variable charges.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum secondary education or comparable educational background, preferably with a university degree in Management, Business Administration, or a similar field. Additionally, you should have 3-5 years of work experience, including team or project lead experience, and proficiency in MS Excel & Office and Financial Applications (SAP). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work optimally in global, virtual teams and networks, are also essential.
