Opportunity to Cash Business Line Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Opportunity to Cash business line at Siemens Mobility. This role is responsible for collaborating with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our hybrid working model offers a better work-life balance, with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours of volunteer work per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand customer requirements and contract terms in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, creating reports and initiating actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms.
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles.
  • Fluent writing and speaking skills in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience in delivering presentations to stakeholders.
