Customer Relations Specialist

The Customer Relations Specialist will be the voice of Manpowertbo, providing support to international clients through various channels.
The ideal candidate will be a native Brazilian Portuguese or Portuguese speaker with English proficiency (C1), possessing problem-solving skills and a positive mindset. They will navigate online tools to provide accurate information, offer peer-to-peer learning, and contribute to a positive working environment.
The role involves:
- Listening, responding, and mediating between guests and partners.
- Replying to calls, emails, and messages in Portuguese and English.
- Navigating online IT tools to provide accurate information and follow set processes.
- Supporting teammates and colleagues with peer-to-peer learning and constructive feedback.
- Regular involvement with company events and team meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment, embracing different cultures and languages. They will also be open to changing priorities and business processes.
