About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department in Maia, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends that can benefit our brands, clients, or product categories.
  2. Work closely with Sales and technical teams to develop compelling customer presentations.
  3. Design marketing collateral and create content for external communications.
  4. Manage and execute marketing activities according to our marketing plan.
  5. Support the organization of internal and external events, including exhibitions.
  6. Maintain relationships with agencies and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.

Profile:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Economics, Management) is required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role is preferred.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and networking skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to interpret data.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of French and German is a plus.
  • Creative thinker, self-starter, organized, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and branding is advantageous.

Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
