Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents.

About the Role

This is a remote, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for viewers, representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  • You will assist customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective support for account issues, application use, and technical troubleshooting.
  • You will also offer real-time assistance regarding software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior customer support specialists or management as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using software applications and tools to manage customer interactions and provide support.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately 895 EUR per month, with additional benefits, including a KPI bonus, meal allowance, and health insurance after six months of employment.
