About the RoleThis is a remote, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for viewers, representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- You will assist customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective support for account issues, application use, and technical troubleshooting.
- You will also offer real-time assistance regarding software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, is crucial for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior customer support specialists or management as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
