Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching coworkers, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the shopkeeper to achieve department goals and develop strategies to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting and coaching coworkers
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations
- Analyze data to drive action and improve sales performance
- Work with the shopkeeper to achieve department goals and communicate action plans
- Stay up-to-date with competitors and local market trends
- Utilize IKEA's Selling and Pricing manuals to optimize sales performance

Requirements
- 2+ years of retail sales or management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive action
- Familiarity with IKEA's products, services, and values
