Job Description: As a Retail Sales Specialist at Claire's Inc., you will be responsible for delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience, and demonstrating Claire's products. You will also assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge, process store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions, and perform ear piercing (full training provided). Additionally, you will ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Some high school required. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills are essential. Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally is also necessary.
