About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Account Management Expert to join our sales team. As an Account Executive at Assembly, you'll leverage your expertise in B2B Sales and consultative excellence to build lasting partnerships and drive revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's success and shape the future of garment production.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize reorder revenue from existing accounts and capture entire branded apparel budgets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to drive long-term partnerships and growth.
  • Travel to key markets for high-impact in-person meetings and presentations to position Assembly as a premium, sustainable manufacturing partner.

You'll also lead targeted outbound campaigns in key cities to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within enterprise clients.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in premium apparel, fashion, or branded merchandise.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to command a room during enterprise presentations.
