Your key responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) to customers.
  • Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
  • Deliver high-caliber customer service for post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
  • Offer proactive support to customers, promoting our products and services to increase revenue while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your requirements:
  • Fluency in the Danish language (minimum C2 level).
  • Proficiency in the English language (minimum B2 level).
  • Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

What we offer:
  • A competitive base salary: 1600€ gross per month.
  • A base salary: 1346€ gross per month, including accommodation.
  • A monthly performance bonus.
  • A full-time (40h/week), fixed-term employment contract in accordance with Portuguese labor law.
  • Health insurance coverage for both public and private sectors.
  • A paid flight ticket to Lisbon.
