Lead Client Liaison

At Devoteam, we are committed to harnessing the potential of technology to drive meaningful change. As a Lead Client Liaison for our Creative Tech team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and driving the success of their digital transformation projects.
We believe that technology should be developed with people in mind, and that's why we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and customer-centricity. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams of cloud experts, designers, business consultants, security experts, engineers, developers, and other talented individuals to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
Your primary focus will be on managing the strategy, vision, and roadmap of client products, ensuring a solid and future-proof commercial relationship. You will also be responsible for preparing reports for upper management and stakeholders, highlighting the status of projects and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Responsibilities- Foster strong client relationships by connecting with key business stakeholders and understanding their goals and challenges.
- Develop and manage a product vision in collaboration with clients, aligning it with our company's overall strategy.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management and stakeholders, providing insights into project status and recommending areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with product owners and tech leads to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Proven experience in client/customer engagement, relationship management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial and budgetary processes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of digital products, best strategies for building, engaging, and scaling products, as well as project management principles.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
