Job Description:

This role prepares the way of salvation and exaltation by making essential gospel teachings, resources, and services accessible to God's children.

Fosters an environment of reverence and respect, guiding customers to make informed product decisions while providing exceptional service.

An entry-level clerk position that requires being endowed and holding a current recommend.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serves patrons by responding to questions and finalizing sales of selected products.
  2. Assists patrons in ensuring proper fit and product usage, requiring an understanding of variations in styles, fabrics, properties, and cleaning methods.
  3. Provides personal fitting consultation and product knowledge.
  4. Responds to questions regarding curriculum ordering procedures or content.
  5. Operates the point-of-sale terminal efficiently.
  6. Resolves customer problems using quality customer service techniques.
  7. May assist with inventory and cycle counts.
  8. Maintains excellent communication and people skills to serve English and non-native English speaking patrons.
  9. Assists in creating product and inventory displays as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Retail Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • Good communication (English) and people skills.
  • BASIC MATH AND COMPUTER SKILLS PREFERRED.
  • Work as scheduled and needed, including bank holidays and Saturdays.
Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
