About the Position

This Sales Strategy Executive role is a critical part of our Virtual Partner Account Manager team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve partner business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Channel Partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop initiatives to drive revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve partner business objectives
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop initiatives to drive revenue expansion
  • Act as educator for channel partners on Xerox business, products, marketing tools, and program activity
  • Manage operational performance and assess partner performance, identifying gaps and providing feedback and coaching to improve performance

Requirements

  • Sales experience (at least 3 years) with a background of sales account management and overachievement of sales revenue targets, in an indirect working environment
  • Channel experience - Experience working with Channel/Partner-driven environment is required
  • Excellent business acumen and relationship skills
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivery of results
  • Fluent local language is vital; excellent written and spoken English is essential
