Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Client Success Manager to join our team in Paris, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer success through portfolio adoption, growth, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales to unlock growth through cross-selling and identifying new opportunities or needs.
  • Build meaningful partnerships by fostering trust and strong relationships with customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to address concerns, minimize risks, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience.
  • Share best practices and insights while fostering engagement through diverse methods such as events and regular catch-ups.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in engineering or a Master's degree in finance and/or information systems (BAC+5).
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of financial processes.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
