Senior Customer Success Manager, Health Plans

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, Health Plans, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for Sword Health's expanding portfolio of health plan customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end client lifecycle for a growing list of health plan customers, driving onboarding, engagement, and value demonstration.
- Building trusted relationships with health plan customers, understanding their needs, and driving Sword Health's clinical and economic outcomes to exceed expectations.
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Developing strategic account plans, estimating total opportunities, and recommending areas of focus to drive success.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management, preferably in digital health with health plan experience.
- Strong process orientation, analytical skills, and ability to execute projects that improve the Customer Success practice and relationships with partners.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous start-up environments and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Passionate about bringing world-class healthcare to those who need it.
