Job OverviewWe seek a highly skilled Customer Success Area Manager to join our Cloudscreens business unit. As part of this role, you will oversee the day-to-day tasks of the Customer Success Team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and effective management of team activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction, relationships, and communications
- Supervise internal team communications and manage team backlog workload
- Assist in managing client incidents and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines by team members
- Validate daily task time tracking and suggest optimizations
- Review content tasks for detail, coherence, and customer engagement
- Present product demos to drive engagement and contract renewal
- Explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to customers
- Contribute to content creation, update, and management tasks
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and support the Director on crisis situations
The ideal candidate should possess strong team management skills, a degree in Management or IT management, and fluency in English. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are also essential.
Requirements:- Team management experience

- Able to work under pressure and meet goals in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with technical products and platforms
- Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage expectations
- A competitive salary: €40,000 - 60,000 per year, based on location and experience
- 5 days/year of professional training
