Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success | Area Manager to join our Cloudscreens business unit. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of the Customer Success Team, ensuring seamless client relationships and high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction, relationships, and communications;
  • Manage team workload, assign new tasks, and supervise clients' open incidents;
  • Ensure unit guidelines are followed by team members, validate task time tracking, and suggest optimizations;
  • Present solutions demos, drive product engagement, and explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell;
  • Maintain content creation, update, and management tasks to help the Team, stay up-to-date with product updates;
  • Support the Director on crisis situations;
Required Skills:
  • Team management skills;
  • Degree in Management, IT management, or similar;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written);
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
  • Able to work under pressure, manage customer expectations, and learn technical products;

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
