Senior E-commerce Performance Strategist

We're looking for a skilled Senior E-commerce Performance Strategist to join our team and help scale our acquisition efforts for prominent Portuguese websites in credit intermediation.

In this role, you'll collaborate with other members to improve our online product, creating and managing digital campaigns across PPC, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, and other relevant traffic sources from a remote position.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING, OPTIMISING AND SCALING METAA, GOOGLE AND OTHER RELEVANT PLATFORMS' CAMPAIGNS FROM A COST-EFFECTIVE PERSPECTIVE.
  • MANAGING LARGE BUDGETS AND BEING ACCOUNTABLE FOR RAPIDLY SCALING TARGETS.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH DESIGN, DEV, AND PRODUCT TEAMS TO DEVELOP HIGH-CONVERTING CREATIVES AND LANDING PAGES.
  • IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE PPC AND DISPLAY ADVERTISING LANDSCAPE THAT ARE RELEVANT FOR OUR PRODUCTS (AUDIENCE TARGETING, NEW PLATFORMS, NEW SEARCH ENGINE FEATURES, ETC.).
  • TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR EXPERTISE IN THE GOOGLE SEARCH ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM (SEO) TO BUILD CAMPAIGNS WITH KNOWN HIGH-INTENT KEYWORDS THAT CAN BRING RESULTS FROM THE GET-GO.
  • FORECASTING & REPORTING PERFORMANCE WITH AN ANALYTICAL MINDSET TO HELP US ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS.
  • EXPLORING OPPORTUNITIES IN OTHER RELEVANT TRAFFIC SOURCES, SUCH AS AFFILIATE MARKETING AND EMAIL MARKETING.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE LEADING AND MANAGING PPC CAMPAIGNS, MARKETING DATABASES, EMAIL AND/OR DISPLAY ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS.
  • EXPERIENCE IN BOTH META AND GOOGLE SEARCH ECOSYSTEMS.
  • EXPERIENCE IN OPTIMISING LANDING PAGES AND USER FUNNELS.
  • EXPERIENCE WITH A/B AND MULTIVARIATE EXPERIMENTS.
  • SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF WEBSITE AND MARKETING ANALYTICS TOOLS (E.G., GOOGLE ANALYTICS, GSC, ETC.).
  • A GROWTH HACKING MINDSET.
  • THE ABILITY TO THRIVE WORKING AUTONOMOUSLY WITHIN A GOAL-ORIENTED FRAMEWORK.
  • ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES.
