- Meet daily team service levels by efficiently processing requests on the workflow management system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve claim handling processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with Portuguese language proficiency highly desired.
