About the Role

As a Claims Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims handling process. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, third parties, and experts to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Process and settle claims within agreed authority levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim lodgement and resolution.
  • Meet daily team service levels by efficiently processing requests on the workflow management system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve claim handling processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with Portuguese language proficiency highly desired.
