HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Admin to join our team at Airbus GBS. As an HR Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting the Reward Operations department and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data in Excel files from Google forms, particularly for Long Service Awards.
- Verify that each Long Service Award has a corresponding diploma or attestation from the prefecture, and follow up with employees to complete any outstanding requirements.
- Archive attestation and diploma documents in Drive shared with Reward Operations.
- Provide regular Excel files with data to Reward Operations to facilitate the calculation and integration of Long Service Awards.
- Offer level 1 support to employees on Long Service Award topics through ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with Reward Operations focal points to monitor Long Service Award topics and address any issues that arise.
- Receive and analyze sick leave certificates, including types of leave (sickness, maternity, work accident, etc.).
- Register sick leave certificates in SAP and archive them according to the defined process (GDPR data).
- Monitor salary certificates, identify anomalies, and resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Mandatory fluency in French.
- Previous experience working in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of SAP, Workday, and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a logical approach to completing tasks.
- Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance.
- Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Can-do attitude in all areas.
- Versatility in working with different technical tools.
