We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our teams in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules;
- Create workflows, scripts, and business rules to meet specific organizational requirements;
- Extend and modify existing ServiceNow modules to add new features or improve current capabilities;
- Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years experience in development with ServiceNow products;
- Experience with scripting languages, web services, and databases;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow projects and workflows at all stages of the project;
- Ability to work with teams of functional and technical consultants by gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow;
- Relevant certifications are a plus;
