Job Summary
A good opportunity for professional growth awaits an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global HR team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of multiple payrolls across various international locations, excluding the US. You will also serve as the lead for internal and external queries related to payroll and benefit matters, ensuring awareness of changes in local laws and regulations. Additionally, you will lead regular reviews of benefits in place internationally, collaborating with relevant brokers to ensure the best and most cost-effective benefits. Your expertise will also support the Head of International HR and HR team with reporting requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting. You will create trusting relationships with key stakeholders within the firm and collaborate with the HR team to ensure data from the HRIS system syncs correctly with the relevant payroll system. You will also prepare and process local tax documents, such as P11D/P60/IRS, and have knowledge and understanding of equity and share awards, including tax implications. As a seasoned professional, you will support ad-hoc projects as requested, such as Finance Journals, Audit requests, and Due Diligence projects.

Requirements
A relevant degree in finance, business, or accounting, or another relevant Payroll qualification, is required. In lieu of a degree, a demonstrable track record in Payroll is acceptable. At least 6 years' experience working with multi-country payroll is essential, with in-depth knowledge of equity schemes and shares, including tax implications across Europe. Knowledge of local market statutory rights, including maternity and paternity leave, is also required. You must be able to work independently amongst a wider International team and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver information to different audiences. Strong personal integrity and fluency in English are essential.
