About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, fostering relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact clients daily via phone and email to identify potential sales opportunities and build strong relationships.
- Acquire new advertisers, primarily targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- Consult with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized advertising strategies.
- Analyze client data to provide personalized recommendations that align with their objectives.
- Qualify business leads for handover to skilled account managers to boost client revenue.
- Utilize various tools like MS Excel and Salesforce to research, communicate, and drive sales efforts.
- Publish regular product feedback from customers to facilitate continuous improvement of advertising products.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Czech, both spoken and written. Fluency in English (at least B2 level) is also required.
- Excellent consultative sales, coaching, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to explore new sales opportunities and experiment with innovative approaches.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
- Passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
- A standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08 AM - 05 PM.

- 12 days of comprehensive training (8 hours per day), covering product knowledge, customer management techniques, and software programs.
