We are on a search for skilled, friendly, and motivated individuals for the role of B2B Travel Support Associate with Dutch and English language skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a company that offers a new perspective and a fresh approach to the BPO field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with business travel customers and discuss travel preparations.
• Provide high-quality customer experience and strive to leave a positive impression.
• Assist with hotel reservations and other possible travel-related issues.
• Help with flights and other modes of travel.
• Arrange everything and ensure that customers are satisfied with the mode of travel and accommodation.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) level and English (B2) level.
• Experience of minimum 2 years in travel or a similar field.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Skilled with any of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo) are a plus.
• PC literate, friendly, and motivated to provide a high-quality service.
