Your Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex sales territories across multiple countries, leveraging your expertise in the FinTech market.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align on opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.
- Negotiate terms, create compelling proposals, and engage with executives to close high-value deals.
- Foster long-term client partnerships by developing and nurturing active partner relationships.
- Regularly participate in direct customer engagement, including sales presentations, bid development, and proposal responses.
- Mentor junior team members, serving as an expert and leader in your area.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hunter-sales with a proven track record in solution selling.
- A strong network within the banking sector in Central Europe, with the ability to open doors and drive business.
- Fluent in English and local languages, both written and spoken.
- Preferably holds a Master's degree in a business-related or IT field.
