Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Technical Support Team: Oversee the technical support team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Develop and Implement IT Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement our IT strategy, aligning it with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Manage IT Operations: Oversee the management of IT operations, including the configuration and maintenance of systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Provide Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to the technical support team, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business outcomes.
- IT Expertise: Strong understanding of IT concepts, including cloud services, network architecture, and security best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
