Customer Service Resolution Specialist

At Nestlé Business Services (NBS), we are a multicultural and diverse team of professionals, passionate about digital innovation and driving continuous improvement processes with colleagues across the world.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and solving claims and deductions raised by different stakeholders.
A day in the life of our Customer Service Resolution Specialist includes:
- Receiving, registering, assigning, and categorizing customer claims and deductions
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope
- Analyzing and checking KPIs on quality of services provided and presenting during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's)
- Participating in KPI trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem-solving
This role requires a strong work ethic and respectfulness, as well as good English and French levels, computer skills, and analytical skills. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar is preferred but not essential.
