Senior Administrative Coordinator French Speaker Position

We are establishing a new center in Porto to provide administrative support to our European subsidiaries. As an Administrative Assistant French speaker, you will work closely with directors and managers across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders for consumables, PPE, and work tools
- Document requests for access to nuclear power plants
- Collect and draft authorizations
- Provide delegations of signature for prevention plans
- Organize and draft safety COPIL minutes and weekly team meetings
- Enter and follow up on DQP requests and incidents reported on MySupport
- Distribute prevention plans on the HR portal

Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferably)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Rigorous, organized, and responsive with a real understanding of business and operational issues
