Administrative Coordinator for Senior Executives

Our multinational client, a leader in Business Services, is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support its CEO.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient allocation of activities. You will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other documents. Planning business travel, preparing detailed itineraries, maintaining organized files, and managing office supplies are also key aspects of this role.
You will work closely with executives, clients, and colleagues, utilizing exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and colleagues
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
