We're seeking a skilled and fluent French speaker to join our team as a Senior French Customer Experience Specialist in Porto. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in fast-paced environments.
**Role Overview:**
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs across various areas such as subscriptions, billing, and technical issues. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is smooth, positive, and leaves them with a solution.

- Customer Interaction: Provide clear and efficient support to customers via phone, addressing a range of topics.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and solve complex issues related to subscriptions, billing, and technical challenges, delivering personalized and effective solutions.

**Requirements:**
- Language Skills: Native-level French or C2 proficiency is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is needed; we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Legal Requirements: Must possess a valid EU ID or residence card.
