Customer Support Agent for Japanese Clients
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Customer Support Agent for Japanese clients, you will be the first point of contact for our clients requiring assistance with their products or services. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and training to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Fluent Japanese language skills (C1/C2 level or native)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
