We are a leading recruitment agency, Smart-Recruitments, assisting our clients in finding top talent. Our current job opening is for a skilled Sales Advisor with expertise in German language.

About the Role:

  • Daily communication with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
  • Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Plan actions based on clients' needs and expectations.
  • Research industries and business models to better understand markets and clients.
  • Provide active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
  • Expand knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
  • Solve problems, identify trends, and provide valuable feedback on products.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Communicative English (at least B2 level).
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
