Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the online space. A native Portuguese speaker with excellent English skills is required. Experience in restaurant or F&B distribution to HORECA channels/hospitality industry is highly valued, particularly in outbound sales activities and direct contact with prospects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven track record of contracting new business and consistently exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is essential for territory and pipeline management.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing designated pipelines, making outbound calls, negotiating terms, and consulting with prospective customers. You will need to adapt your approach to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks, while ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter with a results-driven mentality. A confident and energetic individual who is flexible, adaptable, and organized will thrive in this dynamic environment.
You should be able to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision and exhibit determination and resilience in the face of obstacles or challenges. Strong written and oral communication skills in English are necessary, as well as proficiency in any relevant local languages.
