About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Lisbon office. This dynamic role involves providing top-notch support to French-speaking clients by efficiently addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact.

Your key responsibilities as a Customer Solutions Expert will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and developments.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing suitable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Helping turn both new and existing customers into loyal users through personalized support and guidance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or Spanish are a plus).
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes (e.g., lead tracking, reporting) and familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Confidence in using helpdesk platforms like Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk is also an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €18,000 per year, paid over 14 months, along with additional benefits including a monthly bonus of up to 13%, daily meal vouchers worth around €8 per working day, a shift allowance of 15%, and an annual allowance of €1,500 for transportation, technology, health, or childcare expenses.
