Job Title: Customer Solutions Expert - French Language Support
We are seeking a Customer Solutions Expert to join our Lisbon office and provide top-notch support to French-speaking clients. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our product management and engineering teams to efficiently answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide suitable solutions
- Help turn both new and existing customers into loyal users
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or Spanish are a plus)
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously
- Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage
