About the Role
RoomRaccoon is seeking a Sales Director to drive our commercial strategy and lead our sales team to achieve revenue targets. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring the sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team goals
• Establish sales objectives and performance metrics, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies

Requirements
• Language: Portuguese and/or German and/or Dutch
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• 3+ years of experience leading a sales team
• Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations
