About the Role

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Portuguese sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the design and build or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
