HR Transformation and Digitalization Specialist

As an HR Transformation and Digitalization Specialist at Infineon Technologies, you will be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and customer success. We are seeking a skilled professional to support the HR Digital team with the management of our HR platforms, contributing to the digitalization and automatization of HR processes, and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-to-end processes
  • Work closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) and assist in daily and operational tasks
  • Support improving the employee experience, being part of the improvements, testing, and deployment of projects within the HR platform
  • Consult the customer, being in contact with different stakeholders and HR partners worldwide
  • Work together with the knowledge management team to improve our knowledge management articles
  • Assist in preparing clear communication, and organizing communication materials towards HR and stakeholders for meetings and project deployments
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field
  • An affinity for Technology and technical implementations
  • Experience with HR processes, project management, or digital transformation would be a great advantage
  • An excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform would be a plus
  • A data analytical and process-driven mindset
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
