Customer Success Manager

Codacy Automated Co is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives through the effective use of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a book of business, managing multiple accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across matrixed stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build trust and secure introductions to other teams/verticals within the same account.
  • Create and implement customer success plans, including onboarding strategies.
  • Improve product usage through strategic consultation and enablement.
  • Forecast renewals and assess account risk levels.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to negotiate and secure renewals and expansions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles.
  • Startup expertise, with hands-on experience in a Series A/Series B startup.
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and articulate complex concepts.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
