About the Role: David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading consultancy to find a skilled Senior Marketing Sales Representative for their Lisbon office in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Marketing Sales Representative, you will contact clients daily via phone and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions. You will manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth through customized client experiences and personalized recommendations. Additionally, you will improve product adoption and optimize performance through continuous engagement, offer pre- and post-sales support for advertising solutions, and provide product feedback to champion client success stories.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must be natively fluent in Czech and have strong sales, coaching, and client service skills. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic team-focused environment and possess proficiency with tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce. Furthermore, you should be willing to experiment with new strategies and sales approaches and have a passion for helping others achieve measurable results.

Benefits and Opportunities: This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, enhance your sales skills, and contribute to client success within a highly innovative industry. You will receive 12 days of training covering product knowledge, customer management techniques, and software programs, which will be fully compensated upon successful completion. The training period will lead to the signing of a work contract, and relocation support will also be provided.

Work Details: The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. We are looking for someone who can commit to this schedule and deliver excellent results.
