Drive Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and streamline sales execution

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Fluent in French
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets
