**Drive Revenue Growth with Zendesk**

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team at Zendesk, Inc. in driving top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, promoting long-term strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.

To succeed in this role, you will leverage data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies, leading to improved conversion rates in new business pipeline and increased retention and expansion of existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, promoting long-term strategic partnerships
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers
  • Leverage data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies
  • Understand and convey the benefits of Zendesk products to secure customer satisfaction and product expansion

**Requirements:**

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages
  • Experience in managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives both in person and using remote technology
