Drive Revenue Growth

We're seeking a dedicated Account Executive to drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Leverage data insights and customer intents to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies.
  • Understand and convey the benefits of Zendesk products to secure customer satisfaction and product expansion.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and consistently develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience selling in the Belgian market and fluency in Dutch.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.
