Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in French or German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with various teams to provide effective and timely solutions to customers' needs.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Be the go-to expert for customer queries, offering clear, helpful, and informative responses.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French or German (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center is beneficial, but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to learn.
  • Customer-Centric: You have a positive attitude, a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to handle challenges with care and professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools to assist customers efficiently.
  • Location: This position is for candidates already based in Northern Portugal. We are not offering relocation support for this role.
