Business Development Representative in Lisbon

This Business Development Representative position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- B2B Sales Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through provided leads.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Utilize persuasion and communication skills to negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Client Onboarding: Provide exceptional customer service by guiding new clients through the sales process and product adoption.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure continuous success.
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Czech (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
