About the Role

This Business Development Representative position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • B2B Sales Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through provided leads.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Utilize persuasion and communication skills to negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Provide exceptional customer service by guiding new clients through the sales process and product adoption.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure continuous success.

Ideal Candidate
  • Fluent in Czech (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
