Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients by answering their questions regarding Microsoft products and services via phone and email.
  • Provide solutions for occurring problems.
  • Optimize clients' technical equipment and tools.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities for existing accounts.
  • Direct communication to the management level.
  • Gain market knowledge and information about Microsoft's competitive advantages.
  • Assist new and former clients with account-related issues and questions.

Requirements

  • Native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
  • Business acumen.
  • Good negotiation skills or willingness to acquire them.
  • Technical interest.
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to work.
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with many nationalities.
