Sales Director

Tock is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team's growth and success. As a key member of our dynamic sales organization, you'll collaborate with top chefs, entrepreneurs, and restaurant owners to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sales to drive sales performance and process improvements
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce
- 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle sales teams in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and Outreach
- Strong lead generation and cold outreach skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- A competitive salary range of $112,000 - $174,800 USD
