Tock is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team's growth and success. As a key member of our dynamic sales organization, you'll collaborate with top chefs, entrepreneurs, and restaurant owners to drive revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sales to drive sales performance and process improvements
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle sales teams in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Strong lead generation and cold outreach skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
